Create animated mangas with artificial intelligence & image processing
Artificial Intelligence systems for computer vision have greatly advanced image processing and understanding. These advances include transformative models capable of high-level understanding and powerful image generation capabilities.
Through this interactive course, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of machine learning and computer vision. You will then complete a final project in which you will be able to use your own images to generate art, in order to put these concepts into practice and enjoy the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
AI is already changing our world and whatever your background, role or industry you work in. Understanding the fundamental concepts of AI is becoming a must-have skill. In this context, the EPITA Summer School, in collaboration with startup AXI Technologies, is the perfect program to get your first hands-on experience in building machine learning models and generative AI models to create manga characters and artwork.

Information and Communication Technologies, popularly known as ICT, help to transmit and process information, so their presence matters today more than ever. Today, ICTs are necessary for the workplace, entertainment, medicine, education and many other sectors. Through this interactive program, you will discover modern IT trends through the internet of things and virtual reality.
Virtual Reality is not a new concept and VR devices such as the Sensorama can be traced back to the 1950s. The advances of the last two decades, both in software and hardware, have made virtual reality infinitely more prominent in the professional realm than in the world of video games. In the first phase of this program you will be able to face this completely new world by creating your own VR Escape game. Then, you will take a few moments to get your hands dirty by adding a material dimension to the mix and build a concrete connected object, in full awareness of its integration and use in the real world.
At a time when some computer science schools tend to privilege code for code’s sake, EPITA summer program is the perfect program to get you started with the Unity 3D engine and VR and use the Arduino platform and 3D printer to create your escape game and connected greenhouse. There will be also a bit of code. A little bit.

In this course, the learning process is made fun with games, role-playing and practical activities, as well as cultural outings related to the course content. At the end of the program, you will have discovered the traditions and famous places of Paris and significantly improved your language level.
Classes are taught by the French by EPITA Center, an accredited French as a foreign language teaching center. With more than 200 students and 40 nationalities each year, it is a true intercultural center. The entire teaching team is fully experienced and trained in the teaching of French as a foreign language (FLE).
EPITA Summer Program is as much about having fun as it is about learning! You will discover Paris through different interesting activities, such as cruises on the Seine River, excursions and guided tours of the most spectacular Parisian places such as the Louvre Museum, the Perfume Museum, and many other places.
